Click and Collect
SamsTradeDirect offers a Click & Collect service to its customers on all website orders where a product is in stock and has the click and collect icon.
When placing an order on our website, customers will be given the option to choose our Click & Collect service(only available on items that have the click and collect icon), which will allow them to collect their chosen goods from SAM’S Trade Centre (Harlow) within 2 hours of placing their order if those goods are in stock.
On receipt of a Click & Collect order, we will reserve the chosen items and hold them for collection for 48 hours following receipt of the order. After this time SamsTradeDirect cannot guarantee that the goods will be available – if the goods have not been collected by this time they will be put back into stock and may be sold to another customer.
When collecting, customers must bring a print out of the email receipt with reference number and supply valid SAM’S Trade Centre membership number, failure to show these could mean you may not be allowed to collect your order.
Customers opting to use this service will be expected to pay for their goods at SAM’S Trade Centre before receiving their order. SAM’S Trade Centre accept cash, debit card and most major credit cards in payment for goods and services.
SamsTradeDirect will make every effort to ensure that selected products are available for collection as indicated. However, from time to time it may not be possible to locate a particular item in-store. In such instances SAM’S Trade Centre staff will make every effort to contact customers to advise them of the situation and where possible, offer an alternative. SamsTradeDirect/SAM’S Trade Centre cannot be held liable for journey costs or time lost in instances where product is unavailable.
